Everything you need to know about how membership works, before you join. Joining means you've accepted these terms. If anything isn't clear, message me and I'll talk it through with you properly.

What membership is:

AREAS Membership is a monthly subscription that gives you a set number of appointments across a 12-month period, at a fixed member rate, with no deposits it also includes other benfits to our other treatments

Who can join:

To join you must be 18 or over, a UK resident, and have a valid payment card. We reserve the right to decline a membership application

Your monthly payment:

Membership plans start from £48 a month. Your plan, and exactly what it includes, is confirmed with you directly before you join.

Payments are taken automatically by card on the same date each month, starting the day you join, and are processed by Stripe.

There is no joining fee, and no deposit is taken on any appointment booked under your membership. Keeping your card details up to date is your responsibility.

Your 12-month term:

Membership has a minimum term of 12 months from the date you join. You're committing to 12 monthly payments.

After that, your membership continues automatically month to month until you cancel. Sections 12 to 14 set out how and when you can cancel.

Before your first appointment:

You'll need to have made your first three or four monthly payments — depending on your plan — before your first appointment under the membership.

This qualifying period is what allows us to offer the member rate and remove deposits completely.

If you'd like an appointment before your qualifying period is complete, you're very welcome to book at our standard rate. It simply sits outside your membership and doesn't come off your yearly allocation.

Booking:

Appointments are booked through our booking system in the usual way — just select that you are a AREAS member and no payment will be taken

Your member benefits:

Alongside your discounted appointments, membership includes the following. These are member benefits rather than purchased services — they have no cash value and can't be exchanged, transferred or refunded.

Benefits become active once your qualifying period is complete, stay active while your account is up to date, and end when your membership ends.

Priority booking

Our diary opens to members [7] days before it opens to everyone else, so you get first choice of appointments. This is early access rather than a guaranteed date or time — the earlier you book, the better.

A free skin booster on your birthday

One complimentary Hydrate skin booster each membership year, during your birthday month

Subject to consultation and clinical suitability, like any treatment
Must be booked and taken within your birthday month — it can't be moved, saved or carried into the following year
Can't be exchanged for cash, credit or a different treatment
If your birthday falls before your qualifying period is complete, your first birthday treatment becomes available as soon as you qualify

10% off lip blush and skin treatments

10% off our lip blush and skin treatments for as long as you're a member.

Applies to full-price treatments only
Can't be combined with any other offer, promotion, package price or voucher
Doesn't apply to colour boosts, treatment courses or packages
Applies to treatments for you personally and can't be used by anyone else

Something extra at every appointment

A complimentary add on addition to each of your membership appointments, discussed and agreed with you at consultation.

Subject to consultation and clinical suitability every time
Available on membership appointments only
Can't be accumulated, saved for later, or swapped for anything else
If an appointment is missed or cancelled late, this is lost with it

Changing your mind — your first 14 days

You can cancel your membership within 14 days of joining and receive a full refund. Just let us know in writing.

Cancelling after your minimum term

Once you've completed your 12 monthly payments, you can cancel any time by giving us 30 days' written notice. Your membership runs to the end of your notice period and you can use anything still remaining in that time

Cancelling during your minimum term

Circumstances change, and if you need to cancel within your minimum term, please talk to us.

Where we agree to release you early, what you've paid is reconciled against the standard, non-member price of anything you've already had. If that exceeds what you've paid, the difference becomes payable.

We can also pause your membership for up to three months for pregnancy, breastfeeding, medical reasons or genuine hardship. Your minimum term extends by the length of the pauses

Price changes

Your monthly payment is fixed for your 12-month minimum term.

After that we may change membership pricing with 30 days' written notice. If you'd rather not continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Transferring your membership

Membership is personal to you and can't be transferred, shared or gifted. Appointments can't be used by anyone else.

Your data

We hold your contact details, medical history, consultation notes and treatment records in order to deliver your membership safely and to meet our legal and insurance obligations. Payment details are held securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Your records are confidential and won't be shared without your consent. Full privacy information is set out in our main client policies.

Complaints

Please put anything you're unhappy with in writing to blushedaesthetics@hotmail.com. We'll acknowledge it within two working days and respond fully within ten.

Ending membership from our side

We may end a membership where a member repeatedly misses appointments, repeatedly fails payments, behaves abusively, or where continuing treatment wouldn't be clinically appropriate. Remaining payments are reconciled as set out in section 14.
